90 Day Transformation

The 90 day transformation program helps clients to focus on their health and wellness offering active listening, cognitive, habit, and behavioral exploration, stress reducing coping skills, nutrition education, and a healthy framing to understand food and nutrition. This program is designed to help you transform your mind, body, and spirit and shed weight, negative coping skills, and empower you to achieve what your desire. This program is a 90 Day commitment that meets for 1 hour weekly for 12 weeks and includes a customizable meal plan and exercise program designed specifically for you and your needs.
